Built on the foundation of UVProtect Technology, ZEISS BluePro Lenses provide full UV
protection up to 400 nm. 
Beside blocking the potential harmful blue light from the sun, ZEISS BluePro Lenses also
reduce irritating blue light, both from digital devices or LED lights commonly used for
indoor and outdoor illumination.
The spectral range between 400 – 455 nm is considered ‘bad’ or potentially harmful
blue light. 455 nm is the ISO defined upper limit of maximum blue light phototoxicty to
RPE Cells.
